Payments are accepted in the form of credit card, cash, or check.  I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, and Allways Health Partners health insurance.

Otherwise, I can provide you with a "Superbill" to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
