I am a non-diet registered dietitian based in Foxboro, Massachusetts.
I help adults rebuild trust with food, care for their bodies with compassion, and feel more balanced through every stage of life — including perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

I know how confusing nutrition can feel, especially when you’ve tried every “plan” or diet that promised results but left you more frustrated than before.
My approach is different: no weigh-ins, no calorie counting, no guilt.
Just practical, evidence-based support that helps you feel your best — physically and mentally.
